* Team Registration Policy: All teams must identify a single team representative. NTR WILL NOT accept or collect portions of team fees from each team member. Team representative will be responsible for arranging payment and submitting waivers.

Rules and Regulations
- Only 9 skaters and 1 goalie are allowed to dress per team per game (team entries can register up to 12 players on a roster)
- Minimum 15 game schedule (1 game per week)
- 45 minute run time games
- NON-CONTACT LEAGUE FOR ALL DIVISIONS
- Parent volunteers must be on the bench for every game at every age/level
- No drop-in players or substitutions permitted
