Control the game from the blue line
These programs are exclusively for defencemen and will work on skills and scenarios specific to the position such as:
- Defensive zone coverage
- One-on-ones
- Breakouts and transitions
- Skating, mobility, and agility
- Puck control and shooting from the blue line
- For ages 8 years old and up
