Learn to Skate
An introduction to the basic skills of skating.  Children will be split up into groups based on their skating ability.
Ages: 3 years & up

Learn to Play Hockey
For children that can skate.  They will learn the fundamentals of hockey, wearing full hockey equipment.
Ages: 4 – 7 years

Jr. Power Skating & Puck Control
For the younger, more experienced player who is looking to take their game to the next level.  This program is excellent for skating development and puck control.
Ages: 6 – 8 years

Power Skating & Puck Control
Focus of this program will be on skating techniques, stride, recovery, balance, agility and edge control.  Puck control skills and passing techniques will also be covered.
Ages: 9 years & up

Ultimate Scorer
Specialized skills related to shooting, dangling and scoring.
Ages: 8 – 13 years

Defence Skills
Main focus of this program will be on defensive concepts and strategy, battle drills, reading, reacting and decision making.  Individual defensive skills improvement will also be covered.
Ages: 7 – 13 years

Contact Confidence
For players going into their first year of contact or have played a year with contact and are looking for more confidence.

Goaltending Clinics
Under the direction of Greg Redquest this program will focus on a wide range of goaltending specific skills.
Greg is currently the Head Goalie Coach for the OHL Owen Sound Attack.
