Advanced Power Skating Acceleration & Agility
Ages: Players 9+ A/AA/AAA
For more advanced players, this high-tempo program will focus on: efficient stride development, quickness, agility, balance, explosive starts, turns and crossovers, backward and lateral movement, quick footwork and conditioning. We will also be doing puck drills, battle drills and flow drills.
Full hockey equipment is required.
